Service Manager - HVAC ControlsSalary/Package - £44,000 - £46,000 + Car/Car Allowance + BenefitsLocation - NewcastlePermanent PositionOur client is a multi-disciplined Building and Energy Management design, installation and maintenance organisation. They have been established for over 20 years and operate within the following sectors,- Hospitality- Office Buildings- Education- Education- Government- Public BuildingsThey are now recruiting for a Service Manager to join their business where you will be responsible for,- Growing and developing the maintenance division- Preparing quotes and estimes for remedial works- Job coordination for service engineers- Extensive support to service engineers- Making sure health & safety is strictly adhered to in the field- Prepare and submit contract documents- Account managing all exisiting clients and their respective maintenance contractsEssential Requirements- Service management of field based engineers in the electrical contracting, HVAC contracting or BMS/BEMS industries- Commercial contract management experience- Full UK Drivers licenceIf you are interested in this position please send your CV to me.
