Job Description

An opportunity has arisen within the LSL Property Services Head Office for a Senior Administrator within out Facilities Department supporting our Estate Agency division. Based within Newcastle upon Tyne office, this position will provide administration supportin a busy Facilities Management Department which deals with Property Management, Service Delivery and Health & Safety related matters including:-

  • Premises charges including rent, rates, service charges and insurance charges
  • Lease renewals and rent reviews
  • Liaising with landlords, sub tenants and surveyors
  • Liaising with contractors in respect of building repairs
  • Coordinating dilapidation claims
  • Coordination of branch relocations
  • Property Maintenance
  • Mobile Phones
  • Health & Safety - Annual Legislative Maintenance Programmes, Accident/Hazard reporting and Risk Assessment Programmes
  • Reception Duties, Post and Couriers
  • Purchase Orders and Invoicing
  • Travel, Accommodation and Car Hire
  • Utility and Waste contracts
  • Stationery
The position will involve dealing with suppliers of various goods and services managed by the Facilities Department and maintaining links with suppliers to ensure services provided are in line with service level agreements.The successful candidates will have previous experience of working in a busy administrative role and proven experience of working to priorities, under pressure. You must be able to prioritise your own workload and have the ability to work using your owninitiative.
