Job Description

Are you an experienced, driven Sales Progressor looking to progress further in your careerOur client is a prestigious, highly respected market-leading Estate Agency. Providing only the very best reliable and friendly customer service. Solely recognising that estate agency is primarily about people.As a Sales Progressor, your role will involve:

  • Liaising with the buyer, seller, and other parties in the chain. Instruct solicitor
  • Completion of property information
  • Chasing enquires raised
  • Dealing with additional actions your buyers will need to take
  • Chasing Exchange of contracts
  • Progressing sales from offer agreed to completion
  • Guide clients throughout the process of the sale
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Chase paperwork
To be considered for the role of a Sales progressor you must have:
  • Experience as a Sales Progressor
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
  • Trustworthy
  • Reliable
  • Driven
Working hours:As a Sales Progressor, youll be required to work - Monday to Friday 8:45 am-5:30 pmOur client is offering the successful Sales Progressor:
  • £22,500 basic
  • £24,000 OTE
  • Commission
