Sales Engineer / Aftermarket Sales Engineer / Aftermarket Business Development Manager required to join a global compressed air manufacturer.Sales Engineer / Aftermarket Sales Engineer / Aftermarket Business Development Manager shall be responsible for analysing distributor and country aftermarket sales and opportunity, while developing and implementing aftermarket initiatives to grow the business.The ideal Aftermarket Sales Engineer will have experience in aftermarket sales within rotating equipment such as compressors, pumps, generators, instrumentation, diesel engines, industrial gearboxes or similar compressed air related products within manufacturing.Package£40,000-£45,000Travel expenses paidBonusCompetitive holiday allowancePensionAdditional company benefitsSales Engineer / Aftermarket Sales Engineer / Aftermarket Business Development Manager RoleResponsible for analysing distributor and country aftermarket sales and opportunity, while developing and implementing aftermarket initiatives to grow the business.Develop plans and initiatives to improve aftermarket market share depending on customer requirements.Aftermarket sales for compressed air equipment and associated products and services.Work with the EMEA marketing and channel manager to identify requirements and provide input for the creation of compressed air marketing campaigns.Forecast management of stock and supply across European networks.Supporting compressed air distributors and manufacturers across EMEA.Liaise with various engineering departmentsSales Engineer / Aftermarket Sales Engineer / Aftermarket Business Development Manager RequirementsExperience in aftermarket sales within rotating equipment such as compressors, pumps, generators, instrumentation, diesel engines, industrial gearboxes or similar compressed air related products within manufacturing.Multiple language proficiency is advantageous- ideally, Spanish or German. Must be fluent in English.Fully computer literate with familiarisation of Microsoft Office.Experience of rotating equipment and process application.Technical engineering degree is advantageous.Willingness to travel across Europe, mainly Spain, Germany and UK.
