Job Description

Job Title: Remedial GangLocation: NewcastlePay: Up to £16 per hourHours of Work: 8AM-5PMType: PermanentStart Date: ASAPWe are hiring for a for remedial gang consisting of 2-3 workers. With at least 1 skilled labourer. You will need to be familiar with general section 38 civils work - consistent of curb replacement, paving etc.Duties of the gang

  • Prepares the land ready for building. Kerbing & Flagging (laying kerbs and flag stones).
  • Slabbing
  • Drainage
  • Pipe Laying
  • Kerbing
  • External works - laying slabs, kerbs, edgings, some internal drainage, footings, foundations, and all other associated tasks.
Skills and Licenses
  • CSCS card
  • Skilled labourer
  • The ability to perform high quality work.
  • Planning and Organising
  • Team working
  • Risk Management
  • skilled labourer/operative will have CSCS Card and additional tickets such as 360 driver, digger, tipper etc..
