Regional Specification Sales Manager - North of EnglandThe Role of Regional Specification Sales Manager - Flooring: We are seeking a dynamic and driven, northern based Regional Sales Manager to lead and manage a team of four sales people in the north of England. The successful candidate willalso have responsibility for managing a small territory in the north east and selling our products to architects, local authorities, commercial property management companies, main contractors, and flooring contractorsFor the position of Regional Specification Sales Manager - Flooring, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Strong construction based specification sales experience
  • Ideally people management experience, although not at all necessary
  • Engaging, positive and able to motivate and inspire a successful sales team
  • Excellent account management and business development skills
  • Must be well presented, professional, articulate, personable and possess a strong team ethic
  • Driving licence
