Our clients are spread through-out the North East so you will need a full clean driving licence which will allow you to visit them on a regular basis.As a 360 recruiter it will be your responsibility to bring in new jobs so an interest in business development is essential as is the ability to engage with a variety of new candidates, offering them a unique recruitment experience.Your success will be measured monthly and the bonus you can earn is uncapped; our top consultants are earning over £40k per year but earnings of £30k are easily achievable.To support you there will be an industry leading training package, a top performing team and a Manager and Area Manager with over 25 years combined experience who will provide you with on-going coaching.Recruitment experience is not essential, many of our successful consultants have been graduates or have come from other customer led industries.
