Job Description

About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Product Owner with a genuine passion for Digital. The Product Owner will take ownership a product within our Digital Portfolio and be accountable for a seamless user experience, product vision, continuous improvement and success measurements.There will be a requirement to create, maintain and own a compelling insight driven, customer centered product roadmap, with the considerations of the end user needs, business and client requirements, clearly communication the priorities, direction and future aspirations of the product. The Product Owner will be a team player within the Scrum team; collaborating with the multi-disciplined development team whilst prioritising, grooming and taking ownership of the product backlog. Driving successful iterative change as an output is key.It is essential there is a strong advocacy of the end user, whilst also understanding the context of the wider business and industry and the client need. About You The Product Owner will conduct best practise and have experience within the Digital space, with a desire to constructively challenge to achieve the best outcomes and driving the product success.The role requires an organised and self-motivated approach, with an ability to develop strong working relationships to gain requirements, and buy-in to product vision. Excellent communication is a must; being able to work effectively as a team player in a Scrum team, yet produce well-informed and focussed presentation and articulation of a clear message to stakeholders and clients at varying levels.It is key that the Product Owner proactively develops a strong and deep knowledge of the organisation, end users and client base, as well as understanding the product inside-out including technical concepts.
