An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent appointment to the Primary Care Workforce Lead post for the North East and North Cumbria Primary Care Training Hub.The post will strategically lead the work of the Hub, managing 4 place-based teams to deliver on behalf of stakeholders across the ICS.The post will work closely with stakeholders, HEE and NHSE/I to agree strategic workforce priorities across primary care within the north east and north Cumbria, developing plans and managing associated staff and budgets to enable those priorities to be delivered upon.Interviews are likely to take place during the week commencing Mon 8 February 2021 (to be confirmed).Applicants will commence at the bottom of Band 8b with a full-time starting salary of £53,168, with a pay step increase after 5 years’ service.
