The RoleThe People Experience Advisors sit within the People Experience team and are part of the People & Culture Department.The role routinely collaborates with People Experience Assistants, Global Mobility Advisor, Senior Employee Relations Manager and other specialist teams, such as Systems & Data, Talent & Resourcing, Diversity Equity & Inclusion, and Learning & Development.Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting their People & Culture Business Partner to deliver a pro-active, high quality, efficient and effective service to a designated client group
  • Providing operational HR advice and guidance to stakeholders, empowered to use their judgement and business knowledge to pre-empt HR issues and proactively seek solutions
  • Supporting the employee life cycle activity (including starters, leavers, secondments, parental leave, absence management, wellbeing, occupational health and probations)
  • Providing advice and guidance on employee relations issues (ER).
  • Providing proactive HR advice and guidance to client group, whilst working flexibly and collaboratively as a team
  • Reviewing data driven insights for client group to proactively escalate trends or issues to the People & Culture Business Partner.
  • Acting as an escalation point for, and collaborating closely with, People Experience Assistants.
  • Liaising with Global Mobility Advisor, on international moves, hires and secondments.
  • Working closely with & providing regular updates to the People & Culture Business Partner on case management
Skills and Experience Required
  • Previous HR experience at HR Assistant/HR Advisor level
  • Highly proactive, organised and efficient with strong judgement and a commercial outlook
  • Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, persuade, challenge and influence effectively and become a trusted advisor
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment in which business priorities frequently change
  • Agile, flexible and adaptable in thinking and approach
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise effectively, forward-thinking and pragmatic
