Job Description

Nigel Wright are delighted to be supporting our legal client with their search for a part time administrator, covering 3 days per week in their Newcastle City Centre office.Reporting to the general office manager, the duties of the role will include:

  • A variety of office administration duties, including photocopying, binding, archiving, delivering and collection of internal mail, franking external post and filing
  • Assisting with client meeting refreshments and keeping the meeting rooms tidy
  • To act as a relief telephonist / receptionist when required
  • Processing card payments
  • Organising documents for safe and organised storage
Skills and Attributes needed for the role:
  • Experience of working within a team in a fast paced environment
  • Good communication skills and a professional manner
  • Ability to take ownership of the queries they receive
  • Being accurate and taking pride in the work done
  • Good IT skills
