They are looking to hire a number of trainee/graduate recruitment consultants to start in the new year.The Role of an Entry Level RecruiterA typical day as an entry level recruiter consultant will consist of;*Cold calling to win new business*Writing adverts*Screening CV’s*Interviewing candidates*Negotiating terms of business*Maintain successful client relationships*Hitting targets / earning commission and celebrating your success each month!The Reward for an Entry Level Recruiter :-£24k Salary+Uncapped Commission (The commission structure is very competitive offering an initial set fee per placement of £250, typically you will be making 4-5 deals when you first join.
