Management and delivery of multiple multi utilities contracts nationally. Manage contracts to achieve targets whilst maintaining safety, time, cost, quality and customer satisfaction.Client DetailsA business with huge growth prospects and a solid pipelineDescriptionSuccessful management of contracts, pre-contract meetings, devising a strategic programme etc.Dealing with Network Distributers and Gas Operators nationwide.Design, quality management, resource planning, defects management and out of hours working, ensuring appropriate procedures and documentation are in place in line the Contract requirements.Leader of HSQ&E, promoting high standards of health and safety and environmental management.Ensure that contract delivery processes are complied with and adopted into all daily disciplines.Responsible for developing and establishing excellent working relationships through effective communication with Clients and Stakeholders.Responsible for the delivery of client strategies and ensuring the Company are achieving KPIsLead all of the People responsibilities for the team including undertaking and monitoring the completion of Performance & Development ReviewsProvide up to date and accurate reports on the Contract progress & highlight any riskFor each project ensure robust processes to minimise defects during and after construction and ensure defects are dealt with promptly.Dealing with all aspects of site work from the initial prestart meetingPrestart with developer site agents, pre-vetting plots and mains, communication with site agentsOrdering materials for schemesOrdering of plant and road opening notices & TM for the schemesCo-ordination of ReinstatementMake sure Teams are completing as laids, check and return packs to CAD Collection of all paperwork in relation to operations work for submission to asset ownersLiaise with water, gas and electrical engineering departments to arrange necessary connections / jointingProfileMust be an experienced Multi Utility Agent or Project Manager who can organise and manage the completion of site works from a delivery, HSQE and commercial perspectivesGas, Power and Water SHEAHold Site management or site supervision safety certificate (SSSTS/ SMSTS)NRSWA Supervisors cardKnowledge ofCP & SCPR/O & N-R/OSCO 1-5Cat and Genny / HSG 47 awareExcellent knowledge of NERS, GIRS and WIRS it would be desirable if the individual held these accreditations.Experience working as a utilities manager would be highly desirable but not essential - experience in the construction/civil engineering will be considered.Suitable Supervisory management trainedIdeally IOSHJob OfferExcellent salaryJoining a growing businessAbility to lead teamsPackage including car allowance Required skills
