Job Description

Overview:Cou Cou is looking for a passionate and analytical brand builder, who recognizes and embraces the potential and positioning of Cou Cou, to build and implement our multi-channel international growth strategy across all digital and traditional platforms fromideation to hands-on execution and evaluation. At this very exciting time, you will be the first hire in marketing - a chance for a star to really drive and mould the role and make it your own. You will be working directly with the Creative Director to increaseinternational brand awareness, customer acquisition and retention.We are most interested in hearing from those who represent our values and are passionate about furthering our mission: to reclaim the narrative of our intimates back to our female, embodied experience and reduce the environmental impact of our most disposed-ofgarment.   • Develop and own annual marketing plans that include careful consideration of brand goals and product pipeline, expressed in a month by month calendarsetting strategic directions, planning and driving the execution of all marketing projects includingcontent and brandingworking closely with the Creative Director/Founder. Conceptualise and execute successful 360 marketing campaigns and projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment of communications across all channelswith clear objectives acrossdifferent channels in accordance with brand positioning and customer segmentation. Manage day-to-day marketing activities and calendarincluding social media, newsletters and influencer gifting. Managing the social media and overall storytelling throughonline platforms with Junior Graphic designer: E-commerce, E-mails, Instagramkeeping social media engaging and up to date across all channels (TikTok/IG etc). Have a deep understanding of our consumer and align all marketing activities with a combinationof intuition and data driven insights. Set seasonal marketing goals and KPIs to support the business objectives. Responsible for the total marketing budget - ensuring campaigns are forecasted correctly and delivered within budget. Managing all new productlaunches by collaborating with the E-Commerce team. In partnership with the Creative Director, develop briefs and ensure creative direction meets objectives with all brand appearance and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.Plan and execute creative content creation for all purposes including but not limited to wholesale, social media, digital marketing and e-commerce materials. Overseeing all digital marketing and PPC with the Agency. Create and conduct analytics reportingacross multiple channels to identify effectiveness and extract key insights for optimisation of future campaigns. Analyse customer insights and consumer trends - marketing best practices to continuously improve campaign strategy and customer conversion rates.Collaborate with the commercial team to support the brands DTC and wholesale activities. Collaborate and work cross functionally with our PR agency, digital agency and other relevant parties and stakeholders on product launches, brand partnerships and events.Identify opportunities for brand collaborations and partnerships, developing brand presentations and strategic plans. Collaborate with e-commerce and other internal teams to ensure all brand marketing activities are aligned with global brand strategy. Developand improve marketing processes, efficiencies and lead efforts to scale best practices across the team. Project managing any brand activations - Pop ups, events, dinners, parties, customer events etc. Build and manage a portfolio of external agencies andfreelancers to assist in the delivery of specialised or bigger campaigns. Be the brand guardian and ambassador on all projects across the company.
PR Communications
  • Owns and strategically plans PR budgets. Seeking and identifying opportunities for brand placements aligned with positioning. Increasing brand awareness through influencer and ambassador outreach for gifting / shoots. Creating and maintaining relationshipswith Cou Cou influencers. Negotiating and liaising with PR agencies, publishers and influencers. Coordinating all public relations activities. Defining PR gifting and influencer strategy. Leveraging existing media relationships and cultivating new contactswithin the industry. Managing media inquiries and interview requests. Creating content for press releases, byline articles and keynote presentations. Briefing and assisting the Creative Director with preparation for press interviews and appearances. Monitoring,analyzing and communicating PR results on a weekly basis. Creating and communicating pre and post event reports.
Other
  • Liaison with other business areas, flagging any issues with events from a Marketing & PR perspective. Representing the voice, attitude and lifestyle of our customers by bringing regular inspiration to the team in the form of innovations and the latest culturaland consumer trends. Being the ambassador of the brand on an international level and representing it on an international scale.
