You will play a critical role in supporting the Development Delivery Directorate to achieve Homes Englands strategic objectives by effective reporting to key stakeholders. The role will focus on a range of factors contributing to positive Development-related deliveryincluding: Driving data integrity, developing processes, presenting data through Power BI, performance reporting and becoming a competent source of guidance and advice.A bit about youWhilst our day job is to deliver first class customer service to our stakeholders, you will be used to working in a fast-paced environment and will always be looking for ways to improve and innovate.Youll be comfortable supporting the Operations Management Team with complex data and diverse reporting requirements across a wide range of KPIs and Financial performance metrics.Person SpecificationIn order to complete the responsibilities of this role, you will have:Degree level qualification or equivalent experience, with relevant professional qualification, such as PRINCE2, MSP or P3O (E)Experience in the provision of operational delivery or programme management service activity in a similar public sector role (E)The ability to work at speed and analytically through a range of different tasks and priorities to deliver on competing tasks (E).Be someone who focuses on achieving results and communicating them clearly and concisely (E)Demonstrable knowledge and experience in delivering similar services for government housing programmes (D)You will be highly numerate with strong data analysis skills, with experience in data interrogation and visualization. Possessing proficient performance or programme management skills, with the ability to contextualize key operational and strategic messagesto a range of audiences potentially with different agendas.Delivering on a mission as bold as ours isnt always easy. You will be resilient and comfortable managing stakeholders and your discussions will always be shaped by a good understanding of commercial and operational impact of what we do as an operationsand reporting team. You will enjoy working in an innovative, fun, and engaging way and be able to deliver with impact.As an experienced programme management and data analysis professional, youll understand how to network effectively with colleagues and demonstrate you can work with others as part of a team in a collaborative, inclusive way.Youll be comfortable at working at pace and have excellent communication skills, both orally and written and be able to utilise Microsoft Excel at an advanced level.An AAT qualification would be desirable for this position but not essential.Who are weHomes England, the governments housing and regeneration agency, plays a central role in tackling the housing challenges the country now faces.
