Law costs draftsman required in NewcastleAnakin Seal are recruiting for an experienced law costs draftsman or costs negotiator to join a highly reputable firm of Solicitors in Newcastle.The firm:This renowned law firm have a great reputation across the North East for their work in the personal injury sector and employ a number of technical personal injury Solicitors and paralegals across a number of sites.The role:Due to an influx in work and the firms ongoing expansion plans, they now seek to recruit an experienced costs draftsman or costs negotiator to join their team. You will be responsible for drafting and preparing bills, costs budgets and points of reply/ dispute, drafting estimates, allocation questionnaires and pre-trial checklists, negotiating bills and providing expert advice. Some advocacy work may also be involved.The successful candidate:Will have a minimum of 2 years costs drafting experience and must be able to hit the ground running from the offset with minimal supervision.Remuneration:Salary to £30,000 (dependant on experience) plus benefits
