Job Description

Our client is a local contractor who is currently looking for experienced Kitchen Fitters to join their team on a 3 year contract.Job specification:

  • Working on a large domestic housing contract on void properties
  • Measuring out work areas according to plans
  • Removing and disposing of old units, appliances and decor
  • Measuring and cutting worktops (use of Mason Mitre)
  • Fitting cornices, pelmets, plinths and worktops
  • Cutting out spaces for sinks, cookers and hobs
  • Installing new units
Person specification:
  • Must hold a full UK Driving License
  • Attention to detail
  • Understanding of buildings and construction projects
  • Team working skills
  • Ability to work well with your hands
  • Experience of operating power tools
  • Must have a valid CSCS card (blue skilled minimum)
  • Ideally hold valid Asbestos Awareness, Manual Handling and Working at Heights however this can be done at induction
