Job Description

Our ever-growing Digital and IT teams are a friendly and fast-paced place to work! We’re looking for an experienced IT Systems Manager to join us to lead and shape the delivery of roadmaps and technology-fuelled services across the NBS Group. You’ll be part of our wider growing community of passionate technologists developing exciting and innovative solutions within our digital transformation programme.The IT Systems Manager will lead a team of Systems Engineers, equally passionate about developing and delivering operational IT services to the highest of standards, and will be a key contributor to the development of service strategies and continual improvement plans. About You With a keen interest and passion for world-class Information Technology, your specialist areas of expertise will include most of the following:

  • Microsoft Windows Server, SQL Server, VMWare and MS SCCM
  • MS365 & O365, AD/AzureAD and Windows Modern Management
  • Microsoft Exchange and perimeter email security such as Mimecast
  • Citrix ADC, Citrix Digital Workspace & Cloud
  • System and application monitoring, ideally SCOM and Dynatrace
  • HA architecture
    • You will have a track record of successfully delivering highly available services within an operating model guided by a principle of secure-by-design.In addition to your technical expertise, you’ll be proficient in stakeholder management, MI reporting, risk management, supplier relationship management, business case development and managing a budget.You’ll ideally have experience from the Financial Services industry or a heavily regulated sector.You’ll have the ability to challenge effectively and constructively and help shape the future, whilst driving best practice within your own team and beyond.You’ll be an excellent leader, communicator, innovative and self-motived, with a positive approach to team work.
