The National Lottery Community Fund is currently recruiting for 2 x IT Support Analysts to join the wider Information Technology department.1x FTC based out of the Cardiff office 1x Permanent based out of the Newcastle officeWe offer hybrid working and see that as being a minimum of 2 days in the office whilst also offering excellent flexible working packages.The IT Support Team fulfils a range of roles and responsibilities, and whilst playing your part in delivering life changing funding you wont have a typical day. As a first point of contact for all our customers youll engage with them to fully understandall their needs and provide support and solutions to fulfil and exceed their expectations. Working closely with colleagues across the department, the IT Support Team ensures our customers benefit from an excellent enabling service provision in incident managementand resolution, and request fulfilment. Whilst taking ownership and managing support tickets using our Service Portal youll follow established protocols escalating issues as needed.
