My client is looking to recruit a highly experienced Intranet and Internet Product Owner to take ownership of our organizations SharePoint-based intranet and Site Core-based internet platforms.The ideal candidate will be responsible for-Driving the development, enhancement, maintenance, and support of these platforms while ensuring they align with my client’s business goals and user needs. -Act as the primary owner of the SharePoint-based intranet and Site Core-based internet platforms, -Collaborate with internal stakeholders, users, and cross-functional teams-Work closely with development teams, designers, and content creators to ensure that the intranet and internet platforms are developed, enhanced, and maintained according to best practices and industry standards. -Advocate for exceptional user experiences by guiding the design and functionality of the platforms to meet user needs, usability standards, and accessibility requirements. -Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution for platform initiatives, ensuring that deadlines and objectives are met.-Provide regular updates to key stakeholders, including senior management, on the progress, challenges, and achievements of the platforms. -Collaborate with QA teams to ensure the quality and performance of the platforms, identifying and addressing any issues or bugs. -Provide support for platform users, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with technical support teams as needed.
