Job Description

Internal Recruiter - Tech Company - NewcastleDuties will involve;

  • Looking after the entire IT recruitment for the business
  • Managing the full internal recruitment lifecycle from advertising roles, sourcing, head-hunting, building tech talent pools, pre-screen interviews, face to face interviews, through to offer, acceptance an on-boarding
  • Managing, developing and influencing internal stakeholder relationships
  • Managing PSL and dealing with 3rd party agencies when required
  • Working closely with the Seniors / Directors and assisting with other duties within the business when required
  • The opportunity to help, build and shape and internal recruitment function
Do you have;
  • IT / Technical Recruitment / resourcing experience gained within an Agency or In-house recruitment role
  • Contract and permanent Tech recruitment experience would be ideal
  • Strong organisational, prioritisation and communication skills with a high attention to detail
  • Confident at working with / at Director level
  • Results driven with the ability to work under pressure
  • Like to multi-task and work outside of your comfort zone and learn, grow and develop in other areas
