NRG are currently recruiting for a Technical Lead who will lead on multiple projects including office moves, mergers and a migration from on premise to Azure. The successful candidate will have proven experience in networking, MS Azure, infrastructure support and strong planning, project management and implementation.The roleAs a Technical Lead, you will be managing a team of 5 Network and Infrastructure Engineers providing business support to the wider company and leading on specific application and system upgrades. You will be a confident individual who is able to mentor and guide their team on a one to one basis in order to further develop their technical ability.The person- Microsoft Azure experience including AzureAD for deployment, administration, and management.- Strong Microsoft 365 competencies with a strong emphasis on security and compliance toolsets.- Network management experience with switches and routers.- Lead on at least one of the following projects - Deployment into enterprise environment, integration/merger of two infrastructure environments or migration from on prem to cloud based solutions (ideally Azure).- Experience with working in a multi-site organization and have expereicne with firewalls, web filtering and Site-to-site VPNs.
