If you tick all the boxes above, hit that apply button and start your application with us right now!You will join a team within DWP working on the largest government installation of ServiceNow within Europe.You will be working primarily with NLU Modelling tooling in support of the virtual agent conversation flows, expanding into AI search and predicative intelligence in support of the wider tool.Our team is driven by the desire to enable our colleagues interactions with the digital environment to be as seamless and painless as possible, minimising the friction is the primary purpose of the department, supporting 20 million people every day to helpthem to find work and save for their future.The platform supports circa 130,000 colleagues across the ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, Security and HR On-boarding modules exposing us regularly to a wide range of different challenges and opportunities within the ServiceNow ecosphere.Delivering with PeopleAs a ServiceNow Infrastructure Engineer you will develop and maintain infrastructure products and contribute towards their design.You will be responsible for the operational stability of the ServiceNow solutions and be able to affect change in the on-going robustness and resilience of those products.You will work within, and contribute to the overall ServiceNow Development Lifecycle Process as part of a delivery team focused on one or more products.We are looking for someone who can:
  • Demonstrate experience of IT Infrastructure services or applications within a large-scale organisation in any of build, operate or engineering contexts.
  • Demonstrate experience of delivering solutions within an agile framework.
  • Demonstrate experience of troubleshooting and resolving complex issue across an enterprise tooling infrastructure, individually or as part of a team.
  • Demonstrate experience of effectively communicating at different levels
