Job Description

HVAC Technician/Supervisor required for our client, they have a network of over 50 engineers throughout the UK, with their client base being spread across the industrial, leisure and commercial sector, clients include Tate & Lyle and Proctor & Gamble, Hovis,CocaCola, Nestle. Hotel chains including Hilton, Thistle, Marriott, Radisson Blu as well as David Lloyd Leisure, Cineworld, Vue Cinemas and Wren Kitchen stores.The Technical Engineer must hold strong technical ability & knowledge on a variety of HVAC equipment. The Senior Engineer will be tasked with more complex remedial tasks & will also provide technical support & training to the companys more junior engineers.HVAC Technician/Supervisor - North East Position Requirements

  • Advantageous to have a Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent
  • 2079 Safe Handling of Refrigerants (F-Gas)
  • Commercial Gas Tickets (COCN1, CODNCO1, ICPN1, CIGA1, CORT1, CDGA1)
  • Full Driving Licence
  • Experienced with service, maintenance, fault finding and repair
  • Technical knowledge of HVAC Equipment
  • Supervisory experience
  • Live in the North East
HVAC Technician/Supervisor - North East Position Remuneration
  • Basic Salary £40,000 - £45,000 DOE
  • Company Van - Optional Personal Use of the vehicle
  • Profit share scheme applicable after 12 months service - Up to £3,600 tax free
  • Overtime paid at 1.5x
  • Option of 40 hour working week with travel paid after 30 mins each way or 50 hour working week paid door to door
  • On call allowance (1 in 4/5, £1,200 guaranteed - if called out Travel Paid door to door)
  • Pension
  • 22 days holidays plus bank holidays this will increase to 25 days after 5 years and 30 days after 10 years.
