Weve got an excellent team foundation to build upon as our technical portfolio develops and expands; thats where you come in.With 10 enthusiastic and dedicated colleagues, we support the Housing Applications and Oracle e-Business suite applications for our circa 3500+ Home Group colleagues.In this great jobyoull support the Open Housing system, as well as extending or adapting the functionality of the system for current and future modules. Youllalso be a key resource on major system upgrades. As our Open Housing Expert youll also supportthe team to enhance their capabilities and spread expertise through knowledge transfer and coaching.Youll be our system expert for the Capita Open Housing Application on issue resolution, alongside the other Housing Application Analysts within the wider IS department and external partners. You will be responsible for all aspects of the functional Open Housing configuration to ensure they fit the agreed business processes. About youWe would love you to have been involved in the design and delivery of end-to-end system implementations or enhancements from gathering requirements with business colleagues, defining solution options along with estimated efforts and pros/cons, through to involvingtechnical colleagues, supporting unit testing, facilitate user acceptance testing, delivering functional documentation, handing over solutions to wider support teams....
