FIND are a specialist staffing business, servicing the Skills, Learning & Apprenticeship markets across the UK. We are on the hunt for experienced Hospitality Coaches to join a leading EPAO.We are looking for experienced & proactive Hospitality Coaches, who are looking to move away delivery to support with grading Level 3/ Hospitality FOH/BOH Standards.Key Tasks and Responsibilities:• Conduct end-point assessment planning meetings with apprentices and their employers.• To assess evidence and work submitted during End Point Assessment.• To provide regular updates on learner progression.• To maintain accurate and timely records of assessment & feedback.•Acquiring and maintaining up to date knowledge of the occupational area.Candidate Requirements:•Competence in a customer facing roles within the public sector environment is a must.Prior experience/ competence in delivering Hospitality apprenticeships Level 3 Standards- Essential)•Qualifications- assessor OR teaching qualifications: A1, CAVA, TAQA, AET, PTTLS etc. (Essential)• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications, management information systems (CRM, LMS) (Desirable)What you get-Salary up to £28,000+ additional benefitsFor more info, please contact Aishah Wicken
