Job Advert: Home Manager in Durham - Salary £60,000Are you a dedicated and compassionate professional seeking a rewarding leadership opportunity in the healthcare sector We are currently looking for a skilled Home Manager to join our team in Durham and oversee the exceptional care provided in our esteemedresidential facility. As a Home Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating a warm and supportive environment for both our residents and staff.Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the highest standards of care are maintained, promoting a person-centered approach to meet the individual needs of our residents.
  • Lead and inspire a team of talented care staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, respect, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, including budget management and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop and implement care plans that uphold the dignity and well-being of residents.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, fostering a safe and welcoming environment.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Home Manager or in a senior management role within the healthcare sector.
  • RGN qualification is preferred, but other relevant healthcare qualifications will also be considered.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team, driving performance and ensuring high-quality care delivery.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
  • A passion for providing excellent care and enhancing the lives of those we serve.
