Helpdesk AdministratorAkton recruitment has an opening for a Helpdesk AdministratorHelpdesk Administrator Newcastle Upon TyneAs a Customer Service Advisor on the FM Helpdesk, you will primarily receive inbound calls and emails regarding jobs or services that are required to be carried out by EQUANS engineers or sub-contractors. These Helpdesk Administratorrequests are facilities management within a business. These can be minor or major requests depending on the issue. It will be your responsibility to obtain as much information as possible from the requestor e.g., details of the fault, location, severity, andlog this accurately on one of our systems. Attention to detail, quality customer service, effective questioning, and the ability to use multiple IT systems are all the skills required to successfully perform on the Helpdesk Administrator.
