Job Description

HEAD OF PRODUCTRequirements

  • Accomplished background in senior leadership positions within SaaS or PaaS companies.
  • Preferred experience in the energy sector, electric vehicles (EV), or related fields.
  • Exceptional aptitude for leadership and effective team management.
  • Outstanding abilities in communication and delivering compelling presentations.
  • Possesses an analytical mindset and the capability to base decisions on data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy Ownership: Take charge of formulating and advancing a comprehensive product strategy for the premier platform offering energy demand flexibility services.
  • Business Case Crafting: Create compelling business cases for novel product initiatives, elucidating market potential, return on investment (ROI), and resource prerequisites to secure necessary funding.
  • Investment and Funding Collaboration: Collaborate closely with executive leadership to secure investments and funding required for product development and expansion.
  • Strategic Partnerships Exploration: Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships with businesses both within and outside the sector, enhancing customer value and broadening the product portfolio.
  • Team Leadership and Mentoring: Lead and mentor a team consisting of product owners and business analysts, cultivating a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Market Insight and Analysis: Stay current on industry trends, customer demands, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and potential challenges.
  • Product Roadmap Management: Create and maintain a transparent product roadmap, outlining the strategic direction and development timelines.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, operations, and engineering teams to ensure successful product delivery and effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Advocate for a customer-centric approach, ensuring that our products not only meet but surpass customer expectations.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Harness data and analytics to make well-informed product decisions, continuously monitor performance, and iterate on product offerings.
