Job Title: Graduate Customer Success Specialist Location: NewcastleSalary: £24k basic salary + £10k OTEREF: J12059:NESector: MedicalOur client is a medical technology company focused on delivering innovative and high-quality multiplex molecular diagnostic solutions worldwide. Based in the UK they develop of transformational point-of-care diagnostics, with global operations.Theyre now looking for dynamic, Biology or Chemistry graduates to join their team as Customer Success Specialists. Focused on ensuring that customers reach their goals by successfully using the company products, youll need great attention to detail and excellentinterpersonal skills! Customer Success Specialist Package:

Customer Success Specialist Role:
  • Establishing strong and trust-based relationships with customers
  • Ensuring a high utilisation rate of the Companys products with existing customers
  • Deliver adequate training and support and remove hurdles that could prevent the customer from maximising the benefits of the company products
  • Advising customers on the use of the company products according to their clinical, operational and financial needs
  • Consulting with existing customers to propose additional relevant products or services that could help them achieve their goals
  • Supporting the sales team with clinical and technical support, giving presentations on product offerings or other relevant technical subjects
  • Providing phone, email, or in-person support for all commercial and pre-commercial products
  • Supporting the design, development and updating of user training strategies, plans and materials
Customer Success Specialist Requirements:
  • Educated to degree level in Biology or Chemistry
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • IT literate
  • Business and commercial acumen
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
  • Highly organised
