Since the Liverpool location opened in 2018, James Place have supported over 800 men experiencing suicidal crises. They recentlyopened another location in London and their newest centre in Newcastle opened this week!They are looking for a strong relationship fundraiser to join the Newcastle team to develop existing partnerships and build new relationships in Newcastle and the Northeast, to help this fantastic charity to grow their presence and deliver their ambitious£10m appeal.About the RoleYoull support the Head of Fundraising and Communications in continuing to build a network of donors and volunteer supporters in Newcastle and the Northeast, as well as maintaining and developing existing relationships. Youll also manage engagement andfundraising events, and work with clinical and non-fundraising colleagues to develop their experience and confidence in fundraising activities.About YouYoull need a track record of income generation in any of the following: major gift fundraising from HNWIs, events, trusts and foundations or corporate partners.Youll know what motivates different donors to give, and will be resilient, collaborative, and innovative.
