Are you an experienced Finance Manager / Senior Accountant who is looking for a new challenge within an stable SME businessBMC Recruitment Group are delighted to be assisting an SME business who are looking to recruit a Finance Manager / Senior Accountant on a full time permanent contract. As the Finance Manager / Senior Accountant, you will oversee a small finance team and assisting with the preparation of accounts, forecasting , budgeting and assisting with the improvement of any new processes and system implementations. Job Duties include: - Preparation of monthly and yearly management accounts - Liaising with external auditors - Overseeing the general running of the accounts department- Budgeting and forecasting - Monitor financial performance of cost base areas - Costing accounting and financial analysis - HMRC tax reporting - Innovatively creating new improved processes and system improvements to increase financial reporting potential within the business- Assisting with end to end payroll as and when needed (preferred but not essential)Person Specification: - QBE / Part Qualified / Qualified Accountant - Driven, proactive and strong willed- Experience within costings and pricing - Commercially aware- Experience using Pegasus software (non essential)- Experience within a manufacturing environment preferred (non essential)- Innovatively minded Benefits include: - Holiday entitlement- Pension- Free car parking
