Job Description

Blair West are working in partnership with Visualsoft as they look to add a Finance Business Partner to their finance team, reporting to the Finance Director. The opportunity:

  • Holding monthly meetings with Account Directors to review client portfolios and forecast incremental revenue opportunities and client churn risk.
  • Providing consistent monthly reporting to the Head of Client Success summarising global upsell opportunity and client churn risk and flagging any variances to budget.
  • Delivering a monthly revenue forecast to the Finance Director using the data gathered from the monthly meetings and ongoing discussions with Client Success.
  • Working closely with the SLT and department managers, providing information packs on department analysis or ad hoc financial information where required which will assist them in preparing their own OKRs.
  • Analysing profitability by product, customer category, department and project and then supporting management in understanding and utilising this information.
  • Designing and streamlining processes to provide the analyses described.
  • Lead with the budget process and partnering with the Department Heads.
  • The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for the businesss financial information needs and for producing the necessary analyses to support the running of the business. In addition to this core role, this person will also support in ad hoc tasksand in more complex accountancy areas.
Youll be the ideal candidate for this position if youre:
  • Qualified ACA or equivalent.
  • Expert in Excel and other analysis tools.
  • Able to manage their time effectively, capable of finding efficiencies where tasks are repeatable monthly.
  • Experience in reporting and presentation writing.
  • Highly motivated and able to motivate others.
  • Excellent accountancy knowledge and up-to-date knowledge of accountancy rules.
