Your future employer is offering a fantastic opportunity to join their rapidly growing and innovative business, providing bespoke equipment and solutions to their customers. They are looking for an engineer with a strong background in coffee machine engineeringto join their business to carry out full servicing of their range of equipment. They are offering a very generous package of £37k-£42k on the basic salary for the ideal candidate, as well as a company car, 32 days holiday (inclusive of BH), as well as a companypension. This is a Monday to Friday only position with no weekend work. Duties of the field service engineer:* Carrying out reactive and planned maintenance to a range of coffee machine equipment* Carry out fault finding on the range of equipment* Carry out installs at customer sites* Providing high quality customer service and rapport building with customers* Clean, descale and replace parts of the machine as required* Attend regular training to stay up to date with the latest developments in the industryRequired experience for the ideal engineer:* Minimum 1 years experience as a coffee machine engineer (essential)* Previous experience on popular brands (WMF, Coffetek, Franke, Cimbali, etc.)* Clean driving licence * Excellent fault finding skillsA company car, phone, tablet, fuel card and tools will be provided for this position.
