This is a new role with a broad remit as the business undergoes an exciting period of change, moving the Human Resources strategy from the traditional to theprogressive, embracing new initiatives and endeavours, ensuring they are providing the best employee and customer experience.Our ClientRingtons is an iconic family business established in 1907 in North East England. What started out as a single horse and cart delivering tea door to door has developed into a multidivisional operation employing 550+ staff and generating revenues over £65m perannum. Ringtons is one of the largest tea manufacturers in the UK which operates out of its BRC AA* accredited facility in Newcastle upon Tyne and produces products for some of the biggest retailers in the world. The Ringtons Brand offers an extensive directto consumer product range through its doorstep delivery and ecommerce channels while the Beverages and Coffee divisions supply quality coffee and tea catering solutions to businesses across the UK.What we are looking forThe successful candidate will enjoy their role as an HR Generalist and can demonstrate strength in the following areas.
