We aim to provide the highest possible standard of legal service in each of our offices and to maintain that level of quality at every point ofcontact.Norton Rose Fulbright Verein helps coordinate the activities of the members but does not itself provide legal services to clients.Overview:We are now looking for an eager candidate to join us as an apprentice.You will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills, knowledge and experience as you complete a Level 4 DevOps Apprenticeship.Main responsibilities:

• As an Infrastructure, DevOps & Cloud Apprentice you will be building skills and competences in all aspects of IT infrastructure.
• From On-Prem server management to Azure administration, Cloud Governance & FinOps.
• Apply Agile and DevOps practices and principles to Infrastructure and Operations to capitalise on the new cloud capabilities.
• Be involved in modernising our existing IT estate using IaC (Terraform, MS ARM Templates), automation & scripting (PowerShell, bash) and cloud services (SaaS, IaaS and PaaS).
• Gain experience with Networking (Virtual Networks, Virtual WANs, Express Routes, Private Links, Checkpoints) and Security (CIS Benchmark, Key Vaults, AAD, MFA, MS Defender for Cloud).
• Grow to be able to create technical documentation for a technical audience and be fully conversant with the change control precepts and practices.

Entry requirementsThe entry requirements for this programme are as follows:

• Level 3 Software apprenticeship
• OR A-Level in a STEM subject (in Technology and Maths fields only) and successful completion of our Aptitude Test
• OR BTEC Diploma in IT and successful completion of our Aptitude Test
• OR two years experience in a relevant role and successful completion of our Aptitude Test

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.Find out more here: https://Qualifications/UKQRS/Default.aspxSalary:£18,000 - £19,000 per annum.Future prospects:Once you have successfully completed the apprenticeship, there is a possibility to gain full time employment.Important Information: QAs apprenticeships are funded by the Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), an executive agency of the Department for Education.To be eligible for a Government funded apprenticeship you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years.
