With a focus on living life to the fullest, their homes offer activities suchas hairdressing salons, bars, cinemas, gardening, and cooking courses to name just a few!The RoleOur client is looking for people who are experienced in senior positions within a nursing care setting and are familiar with regulations and legislation. It is beneficial but not essential to be skilled in budgeting and administration.Closely supporting the Registered Home Manager, the Deputy Home Manager is responsible for promoting, managing and co-ordinating care plans, and the successful individual willplay a pivotal role in the team leadership.
