With a focus on living life to the fullest, our homes offer activities such as hairdressing salons, bars, cinemas, gardening, and cooking courses to name just a few!The Role:In our Deputy Home Manager, we look for people who are experienced in senior positions within a nursing care setting and are familiar with regulations and legislation. It is beneficial but not essential to be skilled in budgeting and administration.Closely supporting our Registered Home Manager, our Deputy Home Manager is responsible for promoting, managing and co-ordinating care plans, and you’ll play a pivotal role in team leadership. Part of this role will be to support in devising rotas, oversee training and conducting supervisions, you will be a key part delivering a wonderful service to our residents. In Akari part of the role of being a Deputy Home Manager is to take a hands-on approach to care too.What we need from you:
