Job Description

Central Employment are working with a global manufacturer of pharmaceutical products as they’re looking to bring in an Data & HR Administrator based in Newcastle.This is an excellent opportunity to support a global business with all aspects of COVID response activities for sites in the UK and Europe. Responsibilities

  • Support Testing scheduling for all sites
  • Oversees the physical testing at the Newcastle site
  • Production of Data and Graphs daily for antigen testing and COVID absences to wider internal client group
  • Writing adhoc reports as and when required and ensuring data is accurate and relevant.
  • Supporting HR based projects working as part of a multidisciplinary team as required
  • Supporting the development and implementation of improved reporting measures
  • To promote continuous improvement of the scheduling and testing process
  • Providing support and advice during testing as required
  • Able to provide direct support during testing process working with Department Managers across numerous sites.
  • Able to support self-inspections by HR and external audits as appropriate by Government bodies.
  • The generation of quality HR Metrics as and when required
  • Work within GDPR guidelines ensuring employee confidentiality
  • The generation of high quality Compliance Files as appropriate
  • Responsible for supporting the review of all COVID Testing related documentation
  • Reviewing and updating COVID Daily Tracking documents and weekly/monthly/bi-monthly HR metrics
  • The generation of report trending and continuous improvement in data collected and how it is presented
  • Resolving internal; customer queries, supporting implementation of updates for all sites
  • Responsible for supporting the review of all data and schedules prior to publication
  • Requirements
  • Proven experience of working in a similar Administrative Metric Data role
  • Knowledge of GDPR, as dealing with sensitive information
  • Good understanding of Workforce Planning and Scheduling
  • Experience of producing high quality data reports
  • Excellent communicator
  • Advanced IT skills
  • Decisive thinker able to work within agreed timescales
