Job Description

ARE YOU WANTING A ROLE WITH PROGRESSIONDO YOU HAVE CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXPERIENCEREED are excited to be working with an Established client based in the Newcastle area, looking for a Customer Support Administrator to join their team on a Permanent basis.Brief

  • Engage with our Non-Advised clients through our methods of communicationphone calls, live chats, emails and secure messaging.
  • Assist Non-Advised clients with logging into their online site and using the functions such as Pension Drawdown and Opting Out.
  • Ensure employees enrolled through workplace pensions engage with our industry leading technology.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with hard working individuals.

  • Be the link point for Non-Advised clients who have investments in the platform worth over £500 million.
Will carry out Offline Tasks such as:
  1. Welcome calls (calling our new clients who transfer their investments over to us and welcoming them in a friendly and helpful manor)
  2. Opt Outs (Receiving and processing Opt Out Forms for clients who do not want to be enrolled in their workplace pension)
  3. Transfer Outs (running admin checks on clients of ours who have transferred their pension out of the company)
  4. Drawdown Calls (Subject to training, complete a Non-Advised Drawdown Call for any ofclients who request this. This includes walking them through Regulation, asking how much they would like to take and ensuring you are polite and very organised)
Salary: £22,672 with up to £500 bonus per month (upon successful completion of probation), OTE of £28,672 per annumWorking hours:08:0020:00 (there is an early shift 08:0017:00, a normal shift 08:3017:30, and a late shift 11:0020:00)If you are interested please apply now!
