You will be supporting customers who hold a policy with us and servicing their needs, including making changes to theirpolicy.The Role:As a Tesco Bank Customer Service Representative, youll be at the forefront of our business and representing our brand. You will be interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services. You may also be requiredto handle and resolve customer complaints.
