In this role you will be be ensuring that you provide excellent customer service in all activities. Your responsibilities will include logging customer queries and requests into the system escalating them to the relevant department and passing on calls to thecorrect stakeholders, updating and maintaining customer records, completing documentation and carrying out any adhoc administrative duties as required. This role would therefore ideally suit an individual with experience working within an administrative or customer service based role. The successful candidate will have strong communication, organisation, time management and problem solving skills.
