Job Description

Call Centre Sales Advisor Salary: £23,000 (OTE of £27,000)Newcastle upon Tyne - Quorum Business Park Full-time, Permanent, 40 hours per week Working hours are Monday to Thursday between 10:00 am to 8:00 pm and Friday from 10.00 am to 2.00 pm.We are currently recruiting for a leading global energy provider who is looking to recruit sales advisers to their Longbenton office in the Quorum Business Park. It has been an amazing time for the energy industry recently, which is why it is nice to knowthat in this role you will be backed by a global outsourcing company.The Call Centre Sales Advisor Role:Your role will involve reaching out to customers who have expressed interest in their new service & educate each customer about what our client can provide them. This is a sales role and there will be a requirement to also upsell additional products andservices.Daily Duties of the Call Centre Sales Advisor:

  • Making outbound calls to consumers who have expressed interest in the service.
  • Upselling additional products and services to maximise selling potential.
  • Solving problems, going the extra mile to provide fantastic customer service
  • Working towards monthly targets, i.e., sales, call handling times, targets, attendance, and timekeeping.
  • Processing orders and updating customer accounts with relevant detail in an accurate and timely manner
  • Being patient with customers and delivering an excellent customer service
Requirements of the Call Centre Sales Advisor:
  • At least 6 months of Customer Sales experience
  • Good tenure in previous roles
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Thrive on learning new knowledge and skills and are quick to adapt.
  • Experience in working towards targets
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Know your way around a computer and can navigate multiple systems.
