Some recent key achievements include:

  • We raised £400m investment in 2020 from large institutions to secure our ambitious growth plans.
  • We have acquired over 650,000 wayleaves across Local Authorities, Housing Associations and Private Landlords in London to support that growth.
  • We have deployed our 100% full fibre network to over 400,000 premises to deliver the growth, which is rapidly moving towards 2.2 million by the end of 2024.

To help us get to our future, were looking for forward thinkers, people with big ideas, people passionate about technology and most importantly hard workingteam players to join us and be a part of our growing business.Job purposeWorking as a member of our Customer Service team means becoming one of the faces of Community Fibre, you embody the brand and as such have one of the most important roles within the ever-expanding team. it is important to be able to effectively engageand work with both existing customers and new potential clients, as well as be part of a diverse and highly efficient team.This role requires a highly motivated individual with a passion for technology and a real eye for a deal. As a challenger brand Community Fibre must think differently, always looking to rewrite the rulebook. Our propositions are unique and constantlyevolving, and we are always looking to offer our customers more, providing them with tangible value for being a Community Fibre customer.Community Fibre many have big aspirations, but we are not a grey corporate giant, we are a young, dynamic and flexible team, keen to shake things up.What youll be doing:
  • High quality customer care
  • Managing service and sales related inquiries (not selling)
  • Confirming / rebooking and appointment setting for all installations
  • Effective database management and system use ( Zendesk preferrable )
  • Customer expectation management
  • Working from home
  • Monday-Friday working
The experience were looking for you to bring:
  • Experience in customer service role

  • A high level of organisation
  • Telesales experience would be an advantage
  • A strong communicator both written and verbally
