Job Description

CRM EXECUTIVE NEWCASTLE/SUNDERLAND (hybrid)£25,000 - £30,000 + benefitsInterested in joining a nice retail business Looking to gain experience and developing your CRM skills with an innovative brand to ensure the best customer communications Take a read!THE COMPANYThis is a leading retailer that owns their niche sector of the market, so whatever their customers need, theyre on hand to help! They have recently had a shake up in the marketing team and are now stepping on the gas pedal for CRM to maximise customer loyaltythrough exciting customer journeys. This is a great opportunity to join the team as they begin to flourish and continue their growth.THE ROLEYour focus will be involved in all marketing campaigns released to customers. Specifically, you will have to:

  • Develop and deploy CRM campaigns across email and SMS channels
  • Understand the marketing strategy, in terms of timing for campaigns in relation to prominent events in the customer journey but also the seasonal calendar
  • Identify areas for optimisation in the CRM process, like improving segmentation models, or A/B testing on live campaigns
  • Be creative, working with copywriters and devs to be unique and personalised in your campaigns
  • Help to influence uplift across key commercial areas for the business, like customer loyalty, satisfaction and value
  • Provide insights into the customer, who they are and how best to engage with them.
YOUR SKILLS - WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FORThe successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
  • Experience using a CRM software and campaign management tool, e.g. Adobe Campaign, Salesforce, etc. (but no specific tool experience needed!)
  • A passion for impacting the customer and the benefits of good CRM for increasing customer acquisition and loyalty, thus reducing churn
  • Experience in segmentation of customer databases, building and deploying campaigns, and creating customer journeys
  • Great communicator, able to collaborate and work with the wider company
