We’re looking for an experienced Credit Control Aministrator to join our Mortgage Operations Team.Mortgage Opertions is responsible for managing our residential mortgage assets from initial enquiry through to redemption or where customers find themselves in financial difficulty. We are committed to delivering excellent service to all of our customers wherever they are in the mortgage cycle.Working within Mortgage Operations, Mortgage Administrators are responsible for outbound and inbound calls to a variety of stakeholders, including customers who have found themselves in financial difficulty.You will have the chance to help vulnerable customers and support them in achieving a fair outcome, acting quickly to resolve routine and sometimes complex queries.The role can be challenging and fast paced times but we will equip you with the skills to answer any questions which are thrown at you.No two days are the same in Mortgage Operations, therefore if you love variety and challenge this role would be ideal.You will work within a fantastic shift pattern which is Monday-Thursday between 9am-6pm and Friday 9am-5pm, with no weekends!About YouYou’ll need to be great with people and show empathy in difficult customer situations while gaining a strong outcome. You’ll have experience that demonstrates your attention to detail and accuracy while focusing on the customer.Our team works closely together ensuring we provide the best possible service for our customers.
