JDI Legal are currently instructed on behalf of a L500 law firm who are recruiting into their residential conveyancing department.This is a thriving 7 strong team and will join a range of experience in handling a caseload of transactional matters sales, purchase, remortgage, new build, right to buy etc from instruction to post completion.The firm are CQS accredited and have the benefit of a case management system to progress matters.Applications are invited from a range of qualification but must have a proven trak record in residential conveyancing and running their own matters with good time management skills.This is a brilliant opportunity to join a solid and long standing team who have great staff retention.Full time hours 9-5pm, the role will require some homeworking and office based.
