Job Title: Content Design Lead Location: Newcastle upon Tyne Salary: Up to £31k Our client, an award-winning digital media agency based in Newcastle upon Tyne, is looking to hire a skilled Content Design Lead to join their team. As Content Design Lead, you should have a creative, inquisitive mind, be apt at problem-solving, possess great project management skills, and be passionate about digital technology. You will be responsible for delivering content design projects for clients and for the in-house team. You will be a vital part of the team, working closely with producers and the internal production team, as well as working directly with clients to understandtheir objectives. Skills and experience: A thorough understanding of content design principles, and the ability to demonstrate how these are applied in practice. Creative mindset coupled with organisational skills and an eye for detail. Copywriting and copy-editing skills. Ability to work to tight deadlines on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and be comfortable presenting ideas to colleagues and clients. Ability to interpret client briefs and add value through innovative thinking. Experience of working within brand, marketing, tone of voice, and design system guidelines. Experience working within an agency or collaborative team. A positive and enthusiastic outlook.
