About the role Balfour Beatty are currently looking for a Compliance Coordinator to join our HR Shared Services function based in Longbenton, Newcastle upon Tyne.The HR Shared Service is the HR administration and Payroll section of the HR Enabling Function providing critical, continual administrative support to employees throughout their entire life cycle; from on boarding new starters through to the day they leavethe company and every aspect in between. HR Shared Services is made up of core administration teams and specialist teams who look after our 16,000 UK based employees across a range of roles in construction, utilities and Rail.This particular role will help oversee, support and improve overall compliance of internal and external HR and Payroll processes across HR Shared Services.
