Job Description

Our continualpursuit of innovation and excellence has secured the business of more than 80 of the industrys biggest operators.Flexible HoursWeek Day & Weekend ShiftsRole profile:As a Chef in our culinary team, you will have responsibility to develop and produce meals for first, business and economy class passengers.What youll be doing:

  • Preparing, cooking and presenting a range of dishes
  • Participate in food presentations for our airline customers
  • Maintaining a clean and safe workstation
  • Working in a manner that promotes good health and safety practicesWorking as part of a team in a customer centric environment
  • You will also be required to undertake some manual handling/bending and reaching as part of your normal duties
What youll have:
  • Either City & Guilds 706/1 or 2 or NVQ Level 1 or 2
  • Previous catering experience as a Chef
  • Fully knife trained
  • To be very familiar with authentic and conventional, as well as contemporary ingredients, with a detailed knowledge of, and experience in, preparing different cuisines
  • Ability to work on a shift basis including evenings and weekends, with some manual handling/bending and reaching
